Ministry Operations Assistant

I grew up believing God existed, however I didn't have a personal relationship with Him until I was in 8th grade. I started going to youth group two years later when I was a Junior in high school and was baptized shortly after. During my senior year, the youth group took their first mission trip to Haiti. God changed my life completely during that trip. I was all in for Jesus. I became a youth leader right out of high school and absolutely loved it. While attending college to become a teacher, I was asked to lead another mission trip to Haiti with the youth at the Rock. It was after that trip that I believe God called me into full-time ministry. I stopped attending college and applied to be an intern at a nonprofit named Mission of Hope: Haiti. I ended up serving three internships, a total of 12 months, in Haiti. I was asked to join the staff team and served for another year. Due to political uprisings in Haiti, I was transferred to the Dominican Republic and served there for a year.

Due to the unknowns of our society right now, God has opened up a door for me to serve full time at the Rock. I am currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations and I am so honored that God would allow me to be a part of what He is doing at the Rock!
